Chad Adams:
B.S. Exercise Science and Sports Studies
My name is Chad Adams and I have worked as a personal trainer for several years. While employed as a trainer, I attended Campbell University then transferred to Greensboro College where I recently graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and Sport Studies. I studied Sports Medicine for 3 years as well and spent many observation and hands-on hours at Murphy Wainer Orthopedics, Urgent Medical on Pamona, Surgery at Moses Cone Hospital, and Proehlific Park. I felt my heart pulling me towards the Exercise Science part of my education and have since focused my energy there.
I have a passion for soccer and have 20 years experience in the sport. I played at Campbell University for a year then Greensboro College for the remainder of my college career. My education and experience ensures optimum training for athletes, average adults, children, seniors, etc… In addition to having a passion for soccer and for exercise, I have many goals/dreams that I plan to pursue with full force.
I am very excited to get you started on your new fitness program!!
Health and Fitness is my passion in life and I want to help others as much as I can to reach their goals; whether it is weight loss, eating habits, muscle gain, becoming more functional, etc…
I have played several different sports since I was a kid and I continue to participate as much as I can. I currently help coach Classic U-15 Girl’s Xtreme Soccer Team in Yadkinville, NC.
I look forward to each day that I am able to help someone reach their health and fitness goals. Seeing the smile of satisfaction and hearing them say, “I haven’t felt this way in 5 years! I feel great!”, is enough for any health professional!
