“I had back surgery in July of 2010, went through physical therapy and was still very weak and lost a lot of muscle and feeling in my left leg and parts of my foot. I was walking with a limp and climbing steps was out the question! After 8 wks with Chad my leg is stronger, not only do I take the steps I run (jog) some during our workout.
